Yoga:

years old; a set series of postures that will greatly
increase your flexibility and leave you sweating.

Ashtanga Restore Yoga:
Similar to our regular ashtanga classes but with
less vinyasas and more postures to open and strengthen your practice.
Ashtanga Yoga Full Primary Series:
This class (level 2) is suitable for students wanting
to learn the remainder of the primary series sequence. Suitable for those comfortable in a
level 1 class.
Sattva Yoga
Come explore diverse sequences of Hatha postures. This class is designed to bring balance, inner strength and energize the practitioner. Come deepen your experience of yoga in this class. The class has a dynamic fluid posture flow to open the body. After the practice, we move into a pranayama practice (yogic breathing technique) and we conclude with meditation. This class will leave you blissful!!! The perfect way to end your day.
Beginner Yoga: No experience necessary. The student will
experience yoga poses, breath awareness and relaxation
Hatha Yoga Hatha is comprised of physical postures
(asanas), breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. This
aids the circulatory, nervous, respiratory, hormonal and digestive
systems and purifies and detoxifies the entire body.
Students of all levels welcome. Intermediate level postures
with breathwork. Perfect for those who are comfortable in a
beginner class or have some yoga experience.
Gentle
Yoga
A gentle class for those with physical
limitations, chronic ailments as well as beginners who want
a slower class. Working on flexibility, strengthening and breath
awareness.
Pre-Natal Yoga Prenatal classes are specifically designed to strengthen and increase flexibility, meet the challenges of pregnancy and birth with strength, confidence and calmness and to encourage a positive childbirth experience.
Vinyasa Flow:
Vinyasa class incorporates sequencing with an emphasis on moving with fluidity and grace while enjoying a deep practice. This class will focus on vigorous breathing exercises and yoga flows. The class is similar to an Ashtanga class but is a different sequencing of poses.
