You will learn the MORNING series to stretch, loosen & warm up the lower back.
The HIP series is designed to open the major muscle groups of the hips. (Tight hamstrings & hip flexors contribute to 90% lower back pain). The LAST series is designed to release muscles in the lower back. Details >>
