Healing the Low Back with Yoga with Cassie McColl

You will learn the MORNING series to stretch, loosen & warm up the lower back.
The HIP series is designed to open the major muscle groups of the hips. (Tight hamstrings & hip flexors contribute to 90% lower back pain).
The LAST series is designed to release muscles in the lower back.
All who practice these exercises will benefit and find relief from tension & discomfort.
This workshop includes handouts.
About Cassie:
Cassie McColl is a Certified Purna Yoga Instructor at the 2000-hour level with the College of Purna Yoga in Bellevue, Washington. After 2 years of training directly with Aadil Palkhivala and Savitri, the founders of Purna Yoga, she graduated in 2008 and has been teaching in Edmonton ever since. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Honours Physiology (2002) from the University of Alberta.
